How does the 30-day guarantee work?
The 30-day satisfaction period begins when your system goes live. If you’re not happy, request cancellation and a full refund within that period. The refund covers your $500 CAD setup fee and every monthly fee paid. This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a promise of a specific review count, rating, or ranking.
When does billing begin?
The $500 CAD one-time setup fee is paid upfront. The $97 CAD monthly subscription begins when your system goes live. We’ll confirm any applicable taxes, messaging fees, and cancellation details before you commit.
What happens before we sign up?
We'll confirm the scope, integrations, message fees if applicable, taxes, support, and subscription terms with you before any payment or commitment.
